Description
DPetals Frankincense Essential Oil is steam-distilled from frankincense resin, also called olibanum. It has a warm, slightly citrusy, resinous smell that people use during meditation and prayer, and that many add, well diluted, to night-time face oils for dry or mature skin.
The 15 ml bottle holds single-ingredient frankincense oil with nothing added.
Ways to use it: 3 drops in a diffuser during meditation; 1 drop in a teaspoon of jojoba or rosehip oil as a night face oil; 2 to 3 drops in a tablespoon of carrier oil for a hand and cuticle massage; or blended with lavender or sandalwood in a diffuser.
Before skin use, mix 2 to 3 drops into a teaspoon (5 ml) of carrier oil such as jojoba, or 1 drop for the face, and patch test on your inner arm. Not for internal use. Keep away from eyes and children, and check with your doctor during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
Storage: keep the cap tight and the bottle away from sunlight and heat, and use it within the date on the pack.
